A synergistic blend of essential oils can be more effective for getting the results you desire than any single essential oil. The pure essential oils I recommend you use in a blend for hot flash relief, include:

Peppermint, Lemongrass and Blue Tansy. Learn why and the method of application for best results!

PEPPERMINT ( Mentha piperita ) – Peppermint is a fluid, colorless oil with a distinctly penetrating scent. Peppermint acts as a regulator and has a relaxing or invigorating effect depending on the circumstance for which you are using it.

One of the most powerful vasoconstrictors in aromatherapy peppermint oil is excellent for cooling hot conditions like hot flash, tired and achy legs, hands and feet.

In Ayurvedic Medicine, an ancient system of healing practiced in India, Aromatherapy is used to send specific signals through the olfactory nerve to balance the three doshas, or bodymind types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

In Ayurveda Peppermint essential oil is used to balance excess conditions of Pitta. Conditions of Pitta imbalance are High Blood Pressure, ulcers, indigestion, hot flash, headache, anger, frustration and feeling upset. Peppermint serves to settle the mind and emotions to soothe and calm excess Pitta conditions.

LEMONGRASS ( Cymbopogon citratus ) – A pleasant, fresh lemon aroma Lemongrass has a regulating and tonic action on your body, mind and spirit making it excellent for renewal of your life experience on all levels.

Lemongrass has an affinity with the semiprecious stone Citrine. Citrine is called the “merchant’s stone.” Placing a crystal of citrine in the cash box helps the merchant attract income. It not only helps you to attract wealth, but also helps you maintain a state of wealth!

Citrine is one of the two minerals on planet earth which does not hold and accumulate negative energy, but rather dissipates and transmutes it, releasing blockages on both physical and subtle levels.

An astringent and natural diuretic Lemongrass promotes lymph drainage! The state of health of your lymph system is directly related to your feelings of self worth and self esteem.

Lemongrass has renewing, refreshing and mentally stimulating properties. It is especially calming and soothing to your body and mind.

Recent research indicates that Lemongrass has a sedating effect on the central nervous system.

Its vasodilating (expansive), anti-inflammatory, and sedative properties help relieve conditions like hot flash, as well promote regeneration and healing of painful, inflamed and swollen tissues.

BLUE TANSY (Tanacetum anuum ~ Moroccan Blue Chamomile) – Blue Tansy’s high azulene content gives it a vivid, deep blue color and makes it highly effective as an anti-inflammatory. Blue Tansy’s delightful scent is warmly herbaceous with a complex sweetness that to me is reminiscent of apples with a hint of spice. Everyone seems to love the warm and friendly scent of Blue Tansy!

An exceptionally good relaxant Blue Tansy’s rapid anti-inflammatory action immediately calms the nervous system. Blue Tansy soothes nervous tension and stress.

Blue Tansy’s cooling and calming action makes it an excellent first aid remedy for burns, as well as for inflamed or sun damaged skin.

A powerful anti-inflammatory agent Blue Tansy is excellent for cooling excess heat conditions like hot flash.

In Ayurvedic Medicine, an ancient system of healing practiced in India, the sweetly cooling and spicy aroma of Blue Tansy is ideal to regulate and pacify ALL the Doshas or bodymind types. Vata, Pitta and Kapha imbalances respond well to Blue Tansy’s regulating influence.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

AROMATIC MIST ~ This is a favorite way of mine for using aromatic oils. You may use as a facial mist or an all over body freshener.

DIRECTIONS – To a 2 ounce colored glass misting bottle filled with pure water add 15-30 drops of your pure essential oil synergy blend of Peppermint, Lemongrass and Blue Tansy, shake well and spray.

PLEASE NOTE: There are many cheap, synthetic copies of aromatic oils, but these are not recommended for therapeutic use. For best results purchase the highest quality oils you can possibly find. Use certified organic essential oils, or oils that have been tested and are pesticide free.

Holistic MindBody Therapy, including pure essential oils, are gentle, noninvasive complementary forms of health care for balancing and synchronizing your body, mind and spirit and a natural, safe and effective way to enhance your health and well-being. Alternative health care may produce satisfying results where other methods have failed. Please consult with your physician regarding serious health concerns and do not attempt to self diagnose.

By: KG Stiles

You may have heard some alarming health news recently, about how working the ‘graveyard shift’ may increase your odds for developing breast or prostate cancer. This story is based on recent research, over the last 20 years, that does, indeed, find an increased rate of breast cancer among women who work at night. But, please keep in mind that high cancer rates, that have been newly discovered in night workers, does not prove that nighttime work, alone, causes one to get cancer.

It is estimated that about 20 percent of the work force in technologically developed countries work the night shift. One of the first people to spot the night shift-cancer connection was Richard Stevens, a cancer epidemiologist and professor at the University of Connecticut Health Center. In 1987 he published a paper suggesting that there may be a a direct correlation to light at night and breast cancer.

Stevens says, “suspiciously, the incidence of breast cancer rates shot up, starting in the 1930’s, where industrialized cultures considered it advantageous to progressively increase one’s income”.

At the time of Steven’s first observations, most medical research scientists considered the link, between light at night to increased breast cancer rates, to be pretty weird and wacky. However, over the last 20 years, ongoing research on this disturbing news has continued. There is some compelling evidence that indicates that men working the night shift may also have an increased risk of developing prostate cancer.

It is also interesting to note, that in laboratory research studies with test animals, evidence of the light at night theory, supported Steven’s original idea. When light/dark schedules were purposely disrupted, the animals developed more cancerous tumors and died prematurely.

Since the 1980’s, the cancer connection to artificial light at night has received quite a bit of attention. There seems to be enough evidence to support the notion that there is a questionable pattern of increased cancer rates in night, and rotational, shift workers.

If you are a night worker do not panic, and determine that you simply must abandon your current job for personal health safety reasons. Also, consider that these ongoing studies are only one small piece of evidence to a very large puzzle. There are many other risk factors involved in developing cancer. In all fairness, other known cancer risks should also be evaluated into this equation as well, like:

1. Lifestyle choices such as exercise habits, substance abuse problems, or drug addictions

2. Daily dietary food and beverage intakes.

3. Sleep deprivation problems such as insomnia and depression.

4. Amount of exposure time that bare skin has a chance to connect with UV sunlight rays, and vitamin D levels.

5. Amount of emotional stress levels in relation to unresolved personal issues.

All of those key factor risks, and many others, as well as a wider variety of test subjects need to be extensively studied. Most of the current, light at night research studies, so far, have only been performed on the nursing profession and airline crews.

What researchers are suggesting, though, is that there seems to be a rather complicated system, of some sort, to lower levels of melatonin and serotonin in correlation to rotational, and night, shift workers. Melatonin is a endocrine system hormone produced by the pineal gland that helps induce sleep, and is gradually released after dark. The pineal gland is located deep in the center of the brain behind the center point in the forehead between the eyes, and is known to have a reaction to sunlight exposure. It is believed that sunlight exposure coming in through the eyes for approximately 20 minutes a day, without contacts, eyeglasses, or sunglasses appears to play an important role in the releasing of melatonin.

Clearly, when normal sleep/wake (also called circadian rhythm) cycles are interrupted with artificial lighting at night there may be a steep health price to pay, for the sake of earning a living. Long-term supplementation with melatonin is not advisable, either, as it may eventually interfere with your body’s ability to produce it on its own. Use, instead, one of melatonin’s safer precursors like L-tryptophan or 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). Be advised , that L-tryptophan is only obtainable by prescription, however, do not let that intimidate you as it is only a simple amino acid.

As an employer you may consider it financially necessary to use night shifts to voluntarily maximize your company’s profits. But, you may also want to consider employee medical health insurance liabilities, and productivity, too. There might just possibly be lower health insurance rate incentives offered for installing healthier, natural spectrum lighting systems in work station areas, This may help you save even more money, by lowering your energy costs as well.

If you are a rotational, or night, shift worker, sleeping in a darkened room is a must. Do whatever it takes to eliminate, or reduce, light from entering your sleeping environment. You can also improve the quality of your sleep by learning how to practice better sleep hygiene habits. Visit the mercola natural health website and type in the search box, ‘33 secrets to a good nights sleep’.

Above all, listen to your body, if working after dark is causing you various health problems, pay close attention! Treat your symptoms with care, put in for a shift change, or find another job.

By: Brenda Skidmore

Alcohol and drug abuse in women is a prevalent issue in America. Studies have shown that approximately half of all women between the ages of 15 and 44 have tried some type of drug at least once in their lifetime, including alcohol. Many of these cases, according to The National Institute of Drug Abuse, go unreported, a troubling fact that further deepens the drug and alcohol abuse issue. On top of this, many women suffering from addiction will require rehabilitation at in-patient treatment centers, but often do not get it.

Many women do not seek out any type of alcohol rehabilitation due in part to the limited knowledge of programs designed specifically to meet the needs of women suffering from alcohol addiction. Other women feel that admitting their addiction would be acknowledging their failure. No matter the reasons for turning away treatment at alcohol rehab centers, many women can only recover from their addictions with the help of professional alcohol rehabilitation.

For women who are ready to check into a treatment facility, there are many factors to consider before deciding on one treatment center over another. For women seeking intensive treatment, it is often best to go with a smaller facility that provides personalized treatment plans and focused attention. Also consider facilities that offer comprehensive care and various approaches to therapy, including emotional and spiritual counseling. In this way, you can be sure that the facility will provide a method that is uniquely tailored to fit your needs. Another factor to look for in a facility is one that not only provides treatment for the effects of addiction, but also therapy for the behaviors that played a major role in causing alcohol use and addiction. The facility should be able to help the addict break these cycles of behaviors so that the patient can learn other methods of coping rather than turning to drugs or alcohol.

By: Y.

We will begin the the year 1975, though it started eons ago. There were five major tampon manufactures spending millions of dollars on advertising each year. Their key words were comfort and security. Still companies failed to improve on the quality of their product with the old cardboard tampon design, though some offered plastic tube applications as an alternative.

Tampax’s vulnerable point was security. Women could try the utmost care, but there were those humiliating occasions when the old tampon failed to do its job. I have witnessed this event at a clinic when a woman was waiting in line to see a doctor. Blood had seeped through her cotton sweat-pant. A lady mentioned the stain on her garment. The women immediately covered it with her jacket wrapping the sleeves around her waist.

These new products were allowed on the market without any demonstration prior the plastic insert designs or the proof of safe way for either the plastic insert designs or the perfumes.

Let us jump to 1980: The news coverage was horrific, “Teenager dies of tampon use. Details at eleven!” “Toxic Shock Syndrome Survivor tells her story tonight on eyewitness News.” “Centers for disease control warning women to beware of tampons. Stay tune for more!”

Most American women reacted with a sense of helplessness: how could something which had become such an essential part of a women’s life turn out to be potentially deadly. The CDC thought most of the female TSS cases involved super absorbent tampons. By 1994 Toxic Shock Syndrome was an enduring addition to the list of human pathogens, and though it is no longer attracting law suits and front page news, the novel S. Aureus strain was causing nearly as many infections, ailments, and deaths in the 1900s as it had in 1983.

Though tampon boxes were covered with a variety of warnings, menstruating women continued to come down with TSS, practically with those who used super absorbent products. What occurs with the traditional feminine hygiene products?

1) The synthetic materials are known to advance toxic shock Syndrome (TSS) in young femals not having time to develop necessary antibodies.

2) When chlorine is used in the bleaching process it will release dioxin, a carcinogen into a women’s vagina and uterus. These dangers were known years ago. No product since 1980 and before had a standard for absorbency. The TSS symptoms incur a 2-to-3 day period of mild symptoms before the disease develops. These mild symptoms may include low grade fever, chills, muscle aches, rash, redness in the sensitive areas. nausea, abdominal pain, confusion, and low blood pressure just to name a few maladies.

Now men should know why at many times it is difficult to deal with their better significant other. Most TSS cases in the United States are not reported. It could cost the states to report to the Centers for Disease control and Prevention much expense, gathering the data and submitting it to the CDC.

In February, 1999 USA Today article “The CDC estimates that 1300 people get toxic shock syndrome annually. Half are related to tampons; 5% die” This information has been suppressed and not linked directly to their products. Its all about the money. There are only a few independent studies.

One study of two New York University medical center researchers, Dr. Philip Tiemo and Dr.Bruce Hanna, tested tampons. Their 1999 article in E Magazine, “concluded that tampons containing synthetics amplify the production of the TSS — causing toxin by certain strains of bacteria, whereas the all-cotton tampons produced no measurable toxin.” Dr. Tiemo is quoted in the same article saying, “Synthetic tampons absorb more water than [does] cotton, leaving concentrated proteins, that are used by staph bacteria to create the
toxin, creating toxin factories.”

Dangers of Dioxin

Dioxin is a term used to describe a group of hundreds of chemicals that surround our environment like smog. Dioxin forms into unintentional by-product of many industrial processes which contain chlorine such as waste incineration. Yes. dioxin can cause cancer. The EPA report confirmed Dioxin as a cancer hazard to people. The International agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) a part of the world Health Organization published their research on dioxins and reported in February 14,1997 dioxin is considered a Group1 carcinogen a “known carcinogen”.

Now there is a product that saves lives. It is from Winalite. It doses all the needed and necessary job to make a women feel safe and secure in any given situation.

By: C.

Spinal decompression centers are places where patients with degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, protruded disks, foraminal stenosis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, facet syndrome, lower back pain, and post surgical back pain are treated. Spinal decompression is a non-surgical treatment that is painless and free from side effects. Decompression therapy is safe, effective and often affordable.

Before making a diagnosis, the physicians at these centers analyze the patients’ medical history and perform a thorough physical examination. To decide on the appropriate treatment, several tests including orthopedic and neurological examination are performed on the patient. For making a more accurate diagnosis, imaging tests such as X-rays and MRI scans may also be advised. The doctor then determines the treatment plan and the number of sessions required for the patient to get relief from the symptoms of dysfunction. When the therapy concludes, the therapists may advise cardiovascular protocols, neuromuscular protocols, diet therapy, and exercises to improve the mobility, strength and to avoid further injury.

During the spinal decompression process, a distraction force is applied to the spine to remove pressure from the compressed discs and nerves. The negative pressure formed at some point in decompression therapy will cause the herniated areas to retract back to the normal disc space, and allow oxygen and blood to flow into the affected areas. This would speed up the healing process. It has been seen that this treatment is effective in treating the pain associated with the bulging or degeneration of discs. Patients who underwent this treatment have been able to return to their normal lifestyle.

Spinal decompression centers will have licensed medical practitioners including spinal decompression therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists and neurologists. Most health centers make use of the latest technologies and equipment to provide spinal decompression services. Spinal decompression therapy, when performed safely and with clinical expertise, will highly enhance the treatment results and lead to a more rapid recovery.

By: Igor Stiler

Pilates is the best exercise during pregnancy because it strengthens the most important muscles women will use during pregnancy and labor. Pregnant pilates exercises builds abdominal, back and pelvic muscles that supports more comfortable pregnancies and deliveries. Pilates is famous for helping new moms get their figures back. Pregnant pilates exercises are much preferred because it can be adapted to your body’s abilities.

It is imperative to find specialized pre-natal pilates classes or a qualified instructor licensed for appropriate pregnant pilates exercises. It is best not to do pilates on your own with no knowledge of the fundamentals of pregnant pilates exercises. Pregnant pilates exercises should be beneficial to both mother and child. It is recommended not to overdo pregnant pilates exercises to avoid jeopardizing both your health and your baby’s.

Pregnant pilates exercises are not particularly strenuous but you should pay attention to your body and baby by pacing yourself. Your body’s energy levels will be changing and you don’t want to overdo it. Fitness professionals usually apply the talk test. If you are too breathless to talk in a relaxed tone and tempo, it is time to slow down. Other signs that you need to take a break are lightheadedness, feelings of faintness, queasiness, racing heart, shortness of breath, uterine contractions, bleeding or leaking fluid, and headache.
As the baby grows, your center of gravity will change. You may find out that you need to be a bit more careful when doing pregnant pilates exercises such as getting up and down for mat exercise, using pilates equipment or working out on an exercise ball.

Hormonal changes during pregnancy encourage suppleness in the joints and muscles. Pregnant women experience more strain to the muscles and ligaments because their bodies are making them more “flexible”. Be sure not to exceed your limit. A number of moderate pregnant pilates exercises can be designed for you.

Discussions about the safety of pregnant pilates exercises are aplenty; but on the whole, sensible exercise is appropriate during pregnancy.

The compensations of pilates are evident and a great number of pilates followers have testified that doing regular Pilates classes has resulted in well balanced, toned and stronger bodies. Related benefits to pregnant pilates exercises are weight loss, increased energy levels and a general sense of wellbeing. Pilates is uncomplicated and very effective, a great complement to any exercise routine.

According to NAVA, “There is a lot of debate on the subject of Pilates and pregnancy, and exercise in general. Generally speaking, moderate exercise is safe throughout a normal, healthy pregnancy and many gentle pilates exercises are appropriate. However, keep the following cautions in mind.

- Do not over-exert the abdominal muscles to avoid diastases recti (separation of the abdominal muscles).

- Take care of you lower back, which can be strained with the weight of the fetus.

- Avoid all Pilates exercises that require you to lie on your back. The American Council of Obstetrics and Gynecology cautions women in the second trimester of pregnancy against doing any exercises that require this position as it can compromise the vascular system of both the mother and fetus.

- Do not over-stretch as relaxants and progesterone levels increase during pregnancy causing the ligaments around the joints to become lax, loose and vulnerable.

- Be aware that your center of gravity and therefore your sense of balance have changed.

- Do not start a brand new exercise regimen in the first trimester (except for prenatal yoga classes or Lamaze classes).” (poweryogapilates.com)

Everything considered, pregnant pilates exercises is more beneficial than detrimental to mother and child. As long as you are guided by an expert who knows how to handle a woman in a delicate condition, any pregnant woman would reap the optimum advantage of this exercise.

By: Matt Murren

Women search for anything that will help increase breast size. Many of them wonder if breast exercises are effective. While exercise will help lift and firm the breasts, it does not actually make the breasts any larger.

There are many options when it comes to breast enhancement, and many are totally natural. Of course surgical implants are very popular, but many women don’t want to take the risk associated with this method, and it is very costly.

Other more natural options include breast enhancement pills and breast creams/serums. Most of the breast supplements made today are totally natural, and include herbal ingredients that are safe and cause no side effects.

If you decide to try exercises alone to increase your breast size, you will find that breasts may look bigger because of the increased muscles in the chest due to exercising. This is fine for some women who really aren’t that concerned with actual breast tissue size.

Here are a few exercises that will help lift and firm your breasts.

1. Push Ups – This is the most effective exercise for lifting and firming the breast area. You may want to start out with women’s push ups, which means you will do them from your arms and knees instead of arms and toes. This is an easier and less stressful position when you are first beginning.

Do 8 or 10 per day to start. Once these start getting easier, you can add more reps and eventually do them from your toes instead of knees.

2. Chest Flys – Using 5 to 8 lb. dumb bells, lie flat on your back on the floor. With arms straight out from the shoulders, palms facing up, lift the weight straight up toward ceiling, above your head. Return to starting position and repeat 8 or 10 times. Do 2 or 3 sets of these each day. This helps build the muscles in the center of the chest, giving the look of more cleavage.

While these exercises won’t increase breast size, they will help the look of the breasts and help prevent sagging.

If you really want to increase your breast size, you may want to look further into natural breast enhancement methods. There are several natural breast enhancement pill companies to choose from, and the improved supplements of today provide excellent results for most women who use them according to instructions.

Breast enhancement pills contain herbal ingredients that when taken interact with each other in the body to produce phytoestrogens which are similar to estrogen. Phytoestrogen works directly on the breast tissue and mammary glands, causing breast growth.

If you decide to use natural breast enhancement products, you will also want to use a breast cream in combination with the pills for the very best results. Breast creams also help tissue growth, along with providing increased firmness and fullness.

These are a few ideas to help you decide which methods are right for you when it comes to increasing your breast size. You can rest assured that todays all natural breast enhancement products cause no health risks, and are very effective!

By: Toni T

Egg donation services are fast becoming popular ways for young women to earn extra money. Becoming an egg donor can sound very appeal to young women in their 20s. Many egg donation services offer compensation for egg donation ranging from $2500-$5000. Since the government does not regulate how much donors can be paid, some donors may receive anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 for one donation cycle. Some ads even offer more than $20,000 for a donor matching their qualifications. One ad reads, “Age 20-28; 5’3-5’10; blue or green eyes, fair complexion, high SAT/ACT or IQ.” Many ads have popped up on college newspaper classifieds and on craigs list desiring intelligent young women to donate their eggs. So what are the qualifications and risks of this procedure?

If you put aside the moral issues revolving around egg donations, it can be quite desirable for young women to donate their eggs. If you are over 21 years of age and are relatively healthy, you can usually qualify for an initial exam. However, unlike sperm donation, egg donation is more invasive and disruptive to your lifestyle. The process can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the infertility service you work with. Once you have applied to become a donor, you may have a number of medical examinations to pass before you are even accepted. Usually you will have an interview with a psychologist by phone or in person. Then typically you must go through a doctor physical, a gynecology exam, blood and urine testing, and an evaluation of your medical and family history. When you are finally accepted, the program or infertility center will discuss with you your rights and responsibilities as a donor. At this point, most donors agree and go through with the process.

Although the monetary gain is an initial alluring factor, before becoming an egg donor you must understand the risks and responsibilities as well. To produce enough eggs, you are given drugs that you must shoot into yourself daily to stimulate your hormones and ovaries. From most accounts, the drugs are relatively safe, though long-term effects are not well known or documented yet. The primary risk for egg donation is a condition called Ovarian Hyper-stimulation syndrome. This is relatively rare (1-3%).

However, most patients experience mild side effects of the drugs, similar to PMS. Some patients may experience weight gain, irritability, and mood swings. The time requirements include daily injections, regular blood and ultrasound examinations, as well as taking one or more days off for the egg retrieval.

The final egg retrieval is done by the trans-vaginal ultrasound guided method, a non-surgical outpatient procedure that takes about thirty minutes. After being sedated, you will be in a state of semi-consciousness. A vaginal probe, which is a device with an ultrasound transducer on the tip, is introduced into the vagina. This allows the physician to see the ovaries and other pelvic structures. There is a needle guide attached to the vaginal probe which the doctor will use to take out each egg. A few hours after the procedure, someone can pick you up and drive you home (you will be in no state to drive yourself).

After the procedure, most women experience discomfort in the lower abdominal, similar to menstrual cramps and a little vaginal bleeding. Within a few days you can resume your normal activities. A heavier than normal period is expected the month after the procedure. After that, the body resets itself and things are back to normal the following month. Donors can donate up to 5 times. Several infertility clinics offer more monetary compensation the more times you donate.

By: Callie Preisendorf

What are Lice? A lice is a tiny, wingless parasitic insect that lives in human hair and feeds on extremely small amounts of blood drawn from the scalp. It is also common knowledge that lice are very common problem, especially for aged 3-12 years (surprisingly girls more often than boys). Long associated with people, head lice have been recovered even from prehistoric mummies. Being usually opportunity parasites: they do not respect socio-economic class distinctions. There presence does not connote a lack of hygienic origination practised by their host.

How are Lice contacted! Lice are contacted by direct head to head contact with an infested person’s hair, but may infrequently be transferred with shared combs, hats, pillows and other hair accessories. They may also remain remain on bedding or upholstered furniture for a brief period. The fact really is that lice aren’t dangerous and they don’t spread disease, but are contageous and are just quite annoying. Their bites may cause scalp itchiness and inflammation while persistent scratching may lead to skin irritation and even infection.

What does Lice feeds on? Most lice feed on blood about 4-6 hours, but they can survive up to three days off the scalp. With lice bites come itching and scratching.

Effects of Lice on human bodies! Lice causes itching to the body and this itching may not start immediately, but that depends on how sensitive a human skin is to the lice. It sometimes take weeks for children with lice to start scratching their body. They may complain of things moving around their heads. For some, the irritation is mild; for others, a more bothersome rash with crusting and oozing may develop. Excessive scratching can also lead to a bacterial infection, thus making the skin to become red and tender around the bite area. Though they can’t fly or jump, the tiny parasites have developed specially adapted claws that allow them to crawl and cling firmly to the hair.

How to treat Lice out of you! *Always clean your hair with soap and warm water when washing it. Most especially for women with long hair, you need to follow this instruction in other to remove lice permanently. *Never share combing accessories with others. For men that barb their hair at the barbing saloon always use your personal barbing equipments. This can be purchased at a very low price in the market nowadays. *As soon as you discover that there are lice in your head or your children’s head, make sure you scrape his or her hairs and then put a disinfectant in a warm water with antiseptic soap to wash their hair in other to kill all the lice once and for all.

My Advise to the Parents or Infected individuals! 1) Parents are encouraged to concentrate their energies on education and treatment of lice rather than unsuccessful witch-hunts. 2) In addition, parents should inculcate the habit of making their environments super clean all the time. 3) Visit the Community Health centers around them for more information on cleanness. 4) Infected person’s should visit his or her own Medical Adviser or Doctor nearest to them.

Conclusion: I do hope you have carefully gone through this write up as I believe its to your advantage. Its nice to keep our environments clean always.

By: Femi Durotoye
