Pleasure – A Woman’s Guide to Getting the Sex You Want, Need and Deserve
January 27th, 2010Do Exercises to Increase Breast Size Work? Find Out
January 25th, 2010
Women search for anything that will help increase breast size. Many of them wonder if breast exercises are effective. While exercise will help lift and firm the breasts, it does not actually make the breasts any larger.
There are many options when it comes to breast enhancement, and many are totally natural. Of course surgical implants are very popular, but many women don’t want to take the risk associated with this method, and it is very costly.
Other more natural options include breast enhancement pills and breast creams/serums. Most of the breast supplements made today are totally natural, and include herbal ingredients that are safe and cause no side effects.
If you decide to try exercises alone to increase your breast size, you will find that breasts may look bigger because of the increased muscles in the chest due to exercising. This is fine for some women who really aren’t that concerned with actual breast tissue size.
Here are a few exercises that will help lift and firm your breasts.
1. Push Ups – This is the most effective exercise for lifting and firming the breast area. You may want to start out with women’s push ups, which means you will do them from your arms and knees instead of arms and toes. This is an easier and less stressful position when you are first beginning.
Do 8 or 10 per day to start. Once these start getting easier, you can add more reps and eventually do them from your toes instead of knees.
2. Chest Flys – Using 5 to 8 lb. dumb bells, lie flat on your back on the floor. With arms straight out from the shoulders, palms facing up, lift the weight straight up toward ceiling, above your head. Return to starting position and repeat 8 or 10 times. Do 2 or 3 sets of these each day. This helps build the muscles in the center of the chest, giving the look of more cleavage.
While these exercises won’t increase breast size, they will help the look of the breasts and help prevent sagging.
If you really want to increase your breast size, you may want to look further into natural breast enhancement methods. There are several natural breast enhancement pill companies to choose from, and the improved supplements of today provide excellent results for most women who use them according to instructions.
Breast enhancement pills contain herbal ingredients that when taken interact with each other in the body to produce phytoestrogens which are similar to estrogen. Phytoestrogen works directly on the breast tissue and mammary glands, causing breast growth.
If you decide to use natural breast enhancement products, you will also want to use a breast cream in combination with the pills for the very best results. Breast creams also help tissue growth, along with providing increased firmness and fullness.
These are a few ideas to help you decide which methods are right for you when it comes to increasing your breast size. You can rest assured that todays all natural breast enhancement products cause no health risks, and are very effective!

Beautiful, Intelligent Women Wanted as Egg Donors
January 25th, 2010
Egg donation services are fast becoming popular ways for young women to earn extra money. Becoming an egg donor can sound very appeal to young women in their 20s. Many egg donation services offer compensation for egg donation ranging from $2500-$5000. Since the government does not regulate how much donors can be paid, some donors may receive anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 for one donation cycle. Some ads even offer more than $20,000 for a donor matching their qualifications. One ad reads, “Age 20-28; 5’3-5’10; blue or green eyes, fair complexion, high SAT/ACT or IQ.” Many ads have popped up on college newspaper classifieds and on craigs list desiring intelligent young women to donate their eggs. So what are the qualifications and risks of this procedure?
If you put aside the moral issues revolving around egg donations, it can be quite desirable for young women to donate their eggs. If you are over 21 years of age and are relatively healthy, you can usually qualify for an initial exam. However, unlike sperm donation, egg donation is more invasive and disruptive to your lifestyle. The process can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the infertility service you work with. Once you have applied to become a donor, you may have a number of medical examinations to pass before you are even accepted. Usually you will have an interview with a psychologist by phone or in person. Then typically you must go through a doctor physical, a gynecology exam, blood and urine testing, and an evaluation of your medical and family history. When you are finally accepted, the program or infertility center will discuss with you your rights and responsibilities as a donor. At this point, most donors agree and go through with the process.
Although the monetary gain is an initial alluring factor, before becoming an egg donor you must understand the risks and responsibilities as well. To produce enough eggs, you are given drugs that you must shoot into yourself daily to stimulate your hormones and ovaries. From most accounts, the drugs are relatively safe, though long-term effects are not well known or documented yet. The primary risk for egg donation is a condition called Ovarian Hyper-stimulation syndrome. This is relatively rare (1-3%).
However, most patients experience mild side effects of the drugs, similar to PMS. Some patients may experience weight gain, irritability, and mood swings. The time requirements include daily injections, regular blood and ultrasound examinations, as well as taking one or more days off for the egg retrieval.
The final egg retrieval is done by the trans-vaginal ultrasound guided method, a non-surgical outpatient procedure that takes about thirty minutes. After being sedated, you will be in a state of semi-consciousness. A vaginal probe, which is a device with an ultrasound transducer on the tip, is introduced into the vagina. This allows the physician to see the ovaries and other pelvic structures. There is a needle guide attached to the vaginal probe which the doctor will use to take out each egg. A few hours after the procedure, someone can pick you up and drive you home (you will be in no state to drive yourself).
After the procedure, most women experience discomfort in the lower abdominal, similar to menstrual cramps and a little vaginal bleeding. Within a few days you can resume your normal activities. A heavier than normal period is expected the month after the procedure. After that, the body resets itself and things are back to normal the following month. Donors can donate up to 5 times. Several infertility clinics offer more monetary compensation the more times you donate.
